Our Latest Work
This year has been particularly busy, with many projects across Africa. Most African country are improving their health services, but many small improvements are still pending to reach level of efficiency and control that the population and the ministries, and the donors deserve.
We hope to launch interesting, while tremendously important projects related to communication and control: Fingerprint application, web-site, products catalogs for medical, mobile order/demand integration, and new means of transportation
Our work in Africa is of particular interest to us because it has provided us with much evidence and data to support the development of new distribution networks, but most importantly, has confirmed the need for more efficient and modern organization.
Malaria Health Initiatives
For the past two years we have been working in conjunction with US Aid in Benin, Senegal, and Mali supporting organization and process improvements for various Health Care initiatives.

In Uganda, and in Congo we help develop new strategies for the distribution of medication and other important resources. Within our time spent there we have been working closely with local communities in order to improve the way medication is not only distributed and stored but also resourced to various health care facilities.

Distribution Networks
In Uganda, we initiated the first distribution network using third party carriers. This innovative initiative exponentially improved access to essential medicines to most health care facilities across the country. This will eventually include cold chain management with creative options for enhanced control of quality and stocks. We hope to roll-out this solution which is cost effective for the health care sponsors, brings enhanced quality for the players, and gives important access to medication for all patients.

In Burundi and Ivory Coast, Mali, Burkina Faso, Guinea, Djibouti, we are directly involved in establishing and implementing warehousing processes, procedures, good manufacturing practices, logistics, and training. In addition, we are providing equipment for these operations to run as smoothly and efficiently as possible given the economical and cultural circumstances.
